

I have tried reach out to DQ’s customer service and they told me I created my account by connecting it to my Facebook account and I should use that option to log in. I’ll get my ice cream from Braums from now on! I opened the lid and my blizzard was 1/4 melted. She said I didn’t have you on my order list. She looks perplexed and asks someone do we have a app order and she is handed the blizzard with a lid on it. When the lady opened the window she started handing me someone else’s order.

I get to the drive up window and waited, and waited. I pulled up and had to wait to get my order because the person in front of me ordered a large order. And he said you ordered what? I started to repeat it again and another lady said I got it you ordered a sm thin mint blizzard. The person at the drive in said a what?
